South Slope · Brooklyn · FIFA World Cup 2026
A fully renovated 3-bedroom townhouse, minutes from the subway — perfectly placed for the World Cup Final at MetLife and every match in between. Private backyard, front porch, and room for the whole crew.
FIFA World Cup 2026
The 2026 World Cup Final — and multiple knockout rounds — are hosted at MetLife Stadium, just across the river. From South Slope, you're one subway ride from Penn Station and a direct NJ Transit train to the stadium. No hotels, no airport shuttles, no chaos. Just a real home, perfectly located for the biggest sporting event of the decade.
When You Can Stay
Tournament group stage kicks off June 11. We may be able to accommodate check-ins in the final week of June for guests wanting to catch early NYC-area matches.
The heart of the knockout rounds — quarterfinals, semis, and the Final on July 19 at MetLife. The full month is our primary window and the most in-demand period. One property, one chance.
Post-tournament stays possible depending on our schedule. Get in touch with your dates and we'll let you know what we can work out.

The Space
Our home is bright, functional, and set up for everyday life — whether you're here for a summer work-from-home stretch, a family stay, or just a real month in Brooklyn. It's a home, not a rental unit.
You'll have full access to the entire house: all bedrooms and bathrooms, the private backyard and front porch, and basement storage for bikes, strollers, or luggage.
Where You'll Sleep
Queen bed with full privacy. Comfortable and calm — the quiet anchor of the house.
Twin bed setup, perfectly sized for little ones. A twin air mattress and foldable floor mattress are also available.
High-end American Leather queen sofa bed — memory foam, no bars or springs. Genuinely comfortable for adults, with a dedicated workspace alongside.
What's Included
Outdoor Living
On a quiet, tree-lined block in South Slope, the house has two private outdoor spaces — rare at this price point in Brooklyn, and especially good in July.
The Neighborhood
A few blocks in either direction brings you to vibrant Fifth and Seventh Avenues — lined with cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and shops. Independent bookstores, pasta spots, pizza joints, and classic brunch cafés are all close by.
Prospect Park, Industry City, Brooklyn Museum, and the Botanic Garden are all within easy reach. Summer brings concerts, outdoor movies, and farmer's markets that make the neighborhood feel especially alive.
MetLife Stadium: R train to Penn Station, then NJ Transit direct — ~45 min door to door. No car, no parking, no stress.
Street parking is generally easy by NYC standards. This is a residential family home — not suitable for parties or large events. We're responsive hosts and happy to answer any questions before you book.
